Fundraising is the key to the continued growth and success of Little Viking Football. As in past years, we have partnered with Charity Mania, a national fundraising program to offer a unique fundraising program called Football Mania. Tickets will be issued to all players – KFlag through Varsity – during the equipment handouts. Instructions will be provided in the envelope given to each player. Every player will be issued 10 tickets and is required to sell 5 tickets. There are incentives and prizes awarded to the players and teams that sell the most tickets. Board members will be collecting all sold tickets stubs and funds at the Little Viking Annual Family Picnic.
LVF is a non-profit organization that receives no town, state or federal funding unlike other programs in our area. We use the proceeds to purchase player and field equipment, to provide our coaches with training resources, to pay referee and league fees, to secure insurance and to fund a whole host of other expenses necessary to have a successful program.
